Makes: around 10 bites
1 cup rolled oats (not quick oats)
¼ cup sunflower butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp shelled sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
¼ tsp salt (optional)
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
Form mixture into 1 inch balls and place in an airtight container.
Store bites in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and enjoy!
